“I refer to Mandy as my ‘secret weapon’ I almost don’t want to share and recommend her as she’s my unique advantage! However I’ve referred her many times, and I always trust the work that Excellence in Leadership does will be excellent.” Debbie Fogel-Monnissen

Mandy is a Fellow of the Centre for Progressive Leadership at the London Metropolitan University.

Fundraising

In the Summer the EIL Ladies team took part in Horsham’s Race for Life event. Mandy, Lorna and Marilyn from Excellence in Leadership were joined by family and friends to raise money for this very importance cause. Having all been affected by cancer in some way this was a very personal challenge. As a team we were thrilled to have raised £805 for this very worthy charity. We had a great time participating in the event along with the other 775 people bringing Horsham’s total to over £58K

Spare time

In her spare time Mandy also competes at a professional level at Dressage, and is heavily involved in supporting Para-Equestrian Dressage.  EIL supports Rosie Andrews para-equestrian dressage rider.
