Q3 You undertake work for companies all over the World, but is there a common theme to the issues that these companies bring to you?

Yes there is.  We work across several different cultures and whilst the tools and techniques that we use may vary the fundamental work that we do concerns leadership behaviours and effective relationships – whether its across the organisation, the team or with the individual.

Trust, communication and accountability are at the heart of about 90% of the leadership work we do.
