Leadership in 2020 – published article
We were asked to write an article for Benefits & Compensation International on the subject of Leadership in 2020. We were delighted to, as this is a subject that we are passionate about and choose to be proactive about.
One of the key points we made is this:
Leadership needs to continuously evolve to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future. It’s not enough to do what we always have done. The world changes (globalisation, limited resources, rules and regulations, political systems etc), expectations from employees and other stakeholders change, and by staying proactive, curious and open-minded, leaders can be better prepared to make the most of those changes, challenges and opportunities.
